Shipping policy

Our online ordering service is currently available for delivery in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man as well as all other countries.

Delivery timeline

All orders received by 12.00 p.m between Monday to Thursday will aim, but not guarantee, to be dispatched the next working day. Any orders placed after 12 p.m will will aim, but not guarantee, to be dispatched 2 working days after the order has been placed.

You are requested to leave a form of email or telephone contact for us to pass this information onto the delivery company. Without this information you will not be able to track or change your delivery once it has been dispatched. 

Saturday Delivery

We do not currently offer a Saturday Delivery Service. If you should require this service, we advise you contact us directly on info@ktfoods.co.uk. Orders placed after 12 p.m on Friday will aim, but not guarantee, to be processed on the following Monday and therefore dispatched on Tuesday.

Shipping Terms

The shipping charges shall be calculated once you go to check out.

We accept no liability for any loss or damage by reason of a delivery failure owing to the recipient not being available.

We can only deliver to the address you provide and enter when placing your order and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the stated address is incorrect or you are unavailable. Should you need to make a re-delivery request with the carrier, we can not accept any responsibility should your re-delivery date not be available as we are contracted to book next day and receive a priority service from the carrier when we book direct.

Failed Delivery Procedure

Currently the carrier we use shall use the following procedure:

  1. Attempt delivery (leave a card/send a text or email if no one is home)
  2. Attempt to re-deliver the next working day
  3. Hold the parcel at the closest Delivery office for 14 working days
  4. Return the parcel back to us if no one has collected it within a reasonable time.

 

We can only deliver to the address you provide and enter when placing your order and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the stated address is incorrect or you are unavailable. Should you need to make a re-delivery request with the carrier, we can not accept any responsibilty should your re-delivery date not be available as we are contracted to book next day and receive a priority service from the carrier when we book direct. The delivery address must be a physical address and not a post box number to which no delivery will be made. Any deliveries to a business address shall be deemed to be completed if left at the reception area and a representative of that business signs a receipt.

What is your cancellation policy?
If for any reason you would like to cancel your order then please contact us directly at info@ktfoods.co.uk as soon as possible. We currently aim, but not guarantee, to dispatch items the next working day and therefore we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. If you have chosen express shipping then please be aware that we do not currently accept cancellation request for this order.
